2. Xbox acc driver is unavailable. Cant get the xbox one wireless adapter to work. [SOLVED] recently i bought the xbox one controller + wireless adapter for windows when i connected the adapter to my pc it said that the driver is unavailable. i have been in contact with xbox live support but nothing worked so far. the controller works fine. Thanks! Had to search for a different Hardware ID which led me to a Windows 10 Creators/Anniversary Update and Later Servicing Drivers. Creators one failed so uninstalled and installed the Anniversary version and it successfully installed the driver and paired with the controller. Was gonna return it if this didn't work so Microsoft should. I got passed the "Xbox ACC" issue by going into Windows Update, then into "View optional updates', and installing the "Xbox - Net - 7/11/ AM - " driver update. After a restart, I was still unable to press the sync button and get the light to blink on the adapter even though it appeared installed correctly in Device Manager.
